As we wave goodbye to November and welcome the festive cheer of December, it’s time for our monthly update from the Diablo Region Porsche Car Club. I’m Jason, and I’m thrilled to bring you the latest news, events, and Porsche passion from our vibrant community.
Winter Drives and Holiday Lights
December is a magical time for scenic drives. Our beloved Porsches might be more accustomed to the racetrack’s adrenaline rush, but they’re equally adept at cruising through the winter wonderland of Northern California. This month, we’re organizing a special ‘Holiday Lights Tour’. Picture this: a convoy of gleaming Porsches, decked out in festive decor, cruising through the most beautifully lit neighborhoods. It’s a sight you won’t want to miss!
Year-End Gathering
We’re excited to announce our year-end gathering! It’s been a fantastic year of growth, new friendships, and, of course, lots of Porsche talk. Join us for an evening of good food, great company, and a toast to the year ahead. Keep an eye on your emails for the official invite and RSVP details.
Tech Sessions
Our tech sessions have been a hit, and December’s session promises to be just as enlightening. We’ll be diving into winter maintenance tips for your Porsche, ensuring your ride stays in top shape during the colder months. Photo Contest
Don’t forget about our ongoing photo contest! This month’s theme is ‘Porsche in Winter’. Capture your Porsche against a backdrop of snowy landscapes, festive decorations, or whatever creative winter scenes you can find. The winner will be featured in our next newsletter and receive a special Porsche Club gift.
Looking Ahead to 2023
As we approach the end of 2022, we’re already gearing up for an exciting 2023. Expect more drives, more meetups, and yes, more Porsche fun. We’re also planning some surprises that we can’t wait to share with you.
